A New Speedtimer Solar Chronograph Shines Brilliantly

Original model

This solar chronograph watches inherits the iconic designs and styles of the Speedtimer series from the 1960s-70s. All watches are powered by Seiko’s solar Caliber V192, which has a 60-minute chronograph, a 24-hour sub-dial, and features a power reserveindicator that is displayed at the touch of a button.

Bezel&Dial

This model features a dial that expresses the brilliance and transparency of a Crystal Trophy, which honors the challenges of athletes. It has a special coloring that combines elegance and sportiness.

The dial expresses the brilliance of a crystal trophy with a transparent pale blue color and a sunray finishing that reflects light beautifully. The chronograph second hand and the minute hand at 6 o'clock are linearly aligned and colored white to enhance the legibility of the chronograph functions.

Indexes

The seconds markers are located on the inner bezel ring so that the indexes can be large and highly visible, giving the watch a powerful and sports feel.

The hour and minute hands and all twelve indexes are coated with Lumibrite so that the time of day can be read even in low light conditions.
