REPAIR STATUS

Check on the status of your watch repair.

Our watchmakers are trained to ensure your timepiece is repaired according to Seiko’s strict standards. The Seiko Service Center cares for over 50,000 watches a year and offers an extensive list of services to help you maintain your Seiko watch.

Battery Replacement

If your quartz or solar powered Seiko watch needs a battery replaced we only use Seiko batteries to maximize the life of your timepiece. During a battery replacement our craftsmen perform a thorough check on the mechanisms within your watch and change out worn gaskets and seals if necessary. We run a series of tests to ensure your watch is keeping accurate time, and conclude the repair with a pressurized water resistance test to detect leaks and make sure your watch remains water resistant to the indicated specification.

Watch Cleaning & Polishing

If your watch has scratches on the bracelet or case, we can remove any imperfections with our polishing process followed by our proprietary ultrasonic cleaning equipment to make your Seiko watch look like new again.

Crystal Replacement

We also offer repairs for watches with physical damage. A watch crystal can be damaged from excessive scratches or impact, and a broken crystal can cause moisture, dust, or debris issues that can comprise the watch. Our Service Center will replace the crystal to extend the life of your timepiece.

Strap & Band Replacement

We offer repairs and replacements on Seiko bracelets, straps, and bands, improving your treasured timepiece’s look and feel.
